If you want access to exclusive customer-only channels, this guide will walk you through the steps to claim your role effortlessly. Having the Client Role ensures that you can participate in private discussions, access special support areas, and enjoy unique perks reserved for customers.
Step 1: Navigate to the Link Roles Section
First, open Discord and click on our server name at the top left of your screen. This will reveal the server menu, where you can find various settings and options. Next, scroll down and look for the Link Roles section. This is where you can connect your account and claim your Client Role.

Step 2: Select the Client(s) Button
Locate the Client(s) Button within the panel. This is the section where verified clients can link their accounts and obtain the exclusive role. Once you've found it, simply click on it.

Step 3: Proceed by Clicking the Arrow Icon
Now that you've pressed the Client(s) button, it's time to move forward by selecting the arrow icon to continue the process. Once you've found the arrow icon, simply click or tap it to move to the next screen. This will initiate the next phase of account verification and role assignment.

Step 4: Authorize the Bot to Link Your Discord
Now that you've navigated through the previous steps, it's time to authorize the bot so it can securely link your Discord account to our site. The bot requires certain permissions to verify your Discord account. You may see a list of requests such as reading your username and assigning roles. Make sure you approve these permissions, as they are needed to link your account properly.

Step 5: Site confirmation
After completing all the previous steps, you should now see a confirmation page verifying that you have successfully linked your Discord account. Now go back to our discord server.

Step 6: Finalizing & Receiving Your Client Role
You're almost done! If you have an active service, you'll now be able to complete the final step by pressing the Finish button. Head over to your Discord server and check your assigned roles. You should now have the Client Role, granting you access to exclusive channels, special features, and customer-only perks.

If you don’t see the Finish button or the role isn’t assigned, try these solutions: 1. Ensure that your service is active if you don't have an active service your not be eligible for the client role.
