To securely manage your files, this guide will walk you through the steps to connect via SFTP effortlessly. Using SFTP ensures encrypted file transfers, giving you full control over your data while maintaining security and reliability. Whether you're managing game servers, VPS instances, or web hosting, this method provides a safe and efficient way to access your files.

Step 1: Download an SFTP Client
To get started, download and install an SFTP client such as FileZilla or WinSCP. These tools help you securely manage and transfer files with ease.

Step 2: Accessing SFTP

For Game Panel users, follow these steps to connect via SFTP:

Navigate to the Game Panel and select the server you want to access. Go to settings and then press the Launch SFTP button. This will prompt you to launch WinSCP in our case for secure access.

For Web Hosting and VPS users, ensure you’ve gathered all necessary credentials, including host IP, username, and password. Use the default SFTP port (22) for secure file transfers. Once you have these details, open your SFTP client and continue to step 3.

Step 3: Enter Your Credentials (Only for Web Hosting and VPS users)

Now, you’ll need to fill in the required fields with your host IP, username, and password. If you are using the Game Panel, you can skip this step and proceed to Step 4. Ensure all details are correct to avoid connection issues. Once everything is properly filled in, press the "Login" button to establish a secure connection.

Step 4: Confirm Your Password

At this stage, you might be asked to enter your password again for security verification. Fill in your password in the required field. Simply press "OK" to proceed and establish the connection. Once completed, you should have full access to manage your files securely.

Troubleshooting & Extra Help

Ensure your host IP, username, and password are correct. Make sure your firewall or antivirus isn't blocking SFTP connections. Confirm you’re using Port 22 (or the correct port for your setup). Try reconnecting, if connection fails, close the SFTP client and reopen it before retrying. Check server status if your server is down, contact support to verify uptime or maintenance. Use the correct SFTP client some clients work better depending on your setup (WinSCP/FileZilla).
